Eldridge Street Synagogue
(Originally completed in 1887 for Eastern European Jews, this beautiful temple
[12 Eldridge St.] has been restored to its original grandeur. Its architecture is a
mix of many styles, including Gothic and Moorish. This national historic
building is used as a house of worship and as a museum open to the public.)
